spotlessly clean accommodation, amicable and exceptionally nice staff especially manager. well furnished rooms with breakfast included, food savoury. lots of goodies for breakfast. great choice for trip.

This hotel is great value with superbly friendly employees, especially the manager. We will choose it for sure on our next trip. - It offers great value and is located in a decent and nice area.

The place has an amazing location near a famous beach and offers spacious rooms with sofas, plus there's a convenient spot serving quick meals within a short walk.

We had a clean and spacious room with nice mountain view. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach and the restaurant area. The buffet breakfast is ok. A nice hotell if your just staying the weekend but wouldn't recommend if you want to spend time by the pool.

The pool is really small and the poolarea isn't that nice

We stayed in the superior deluxe room with a spacious balcony offering stunning views of the mountains. the hotel is located in a charming old-fashioned building in a fantastic location near the mountains. - the restaurant had a great selection of Western cuisine dishes to choose from.

The rooms were extremely pleasant and brand-new, had safe for safety.

The rooms here are quite spacious, so you won't feel cramped. the breakfast they serve has a big variety of American dishes 🍳. Inside, the design is modern with a touch of Japanese influence.

I booked and paid for a suite and got a room. One staff member told me they over booked, one told me it was a mistake another told me they were all the same so whats my problem! When the manager came he told me I had to pay one day penalty for leaving and even tried to charge that at the suite rate. BTW still have no refund for any of it. The room was horrible, bed was 2 singles pushed together and the aircon took 2 hours to cool the room. the elevator was broken for one of my days so had to climb 6 flights of stairs 10 times.

Reviews of this hotel were accurate. I agree with those who said it was well-located and good value. We found the breakfast adequate and the staff who served it very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. We did not use the pool but when we looked at it, it was spotlessly clean ( though small). Those who complain about shuttle bus services should not, as we walked to both Market Plaza and the beach-front many times. Neither is very far. There are many good places to eat quite close to the hotel and also at Market Plaza.

New bath towels would be nice.

The location is lovely, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, just a short distance from the Clock Tower.

The swimming pool will never be repaired asi see it. The hotel is far too much money for what is being offered. There are many good and better hotels for much less.
